#702- HIPAA Policies

This set of actual policies and procedures was written to be industry specific and are compliant with the HIPAA-Administrative Simplification-Privacy Rule.  These policies and procedures can be individualized to the organization’s own work flow processes and are ready for immediate use.  There are 21 polices and procedures which cover all the HIPAA patient’s privacy rights, privacy complaint process, and more.

#701- Training Sessions

RBC Limited has HIPAA training programs to meet all of your training needs.  Sessions are role specific to ensure staff understanding of the HIPAA rule as well as their own responsibility under HIPAA.  Programs available target Professional, Paraprofessional, Administrative-office, or Leadership staff.  Available in full day or half day sessions and include training materials.

#707- Training for the Privacy Officer

Individualized training to meet your Privacy Officer’s needs.  Begins with a pre-test and development of an education plan prior to on-site training.  Includes training materials, resources, and training specific for the Privacy Officer.  $2000.00 per day plus travel expenses.

#600- Emergency Disaster Preparedness Manual

This manual was developed and written by the only experts on home care emergency disaster planning.  It will cover biological, radiological and chemical disasters as well as natural disaster planning.  Great tools for agency assessment and includes the famous home care and hospice grid for the homeland security alert system.  This two volume manual, which is updated annually, will be able to add to your existing plan or if you don’t have an existing plan, there is one in the manual.  $265.00 plus s&h.  Approximately 550 pages.

#653- On Site OASIS Standardization Training

RBC Limited, has been providing OASIS Standardization training since the introduction of OASIS  in 1997.  The focus of the education sessions is to assist agencies with inter-agency standardization among each and every clinician. We have provided education to agencies across the country.  This session is the foundation for outside inter-rater reliability testing, the objective corroboration of standardization.  Cost is $2000.00 per day plus travel expenses.

#654- OASIS Inter-rater Reliability Testing

This is onsite OASIS reliability testing by an expert clinician.  This clinician will make joint visits with agency staff and evaluate the OASIS results. This is the only way to standardize practice to ensure an accurate case mix index. The price is $2000.00 per day plus travel.

#651- OASIS Standardization Video

 This video was developed to be used in conjunction with our tool kit. It will assist agencies with the standardization process. The cost is $50.00 plus s&h.
